Your custom art journey begins
Ready to bring a unique piece of Liz Souza Art into your life? Our commission process is designed to be collaborative and exciting, ensuring your vision is beautifully realised.
Step 1: initial inquiry
Contact us via the form or email with your initial thoughts. Please include your desired size, preferred colours, the environment where the artwork will be placed, and any deadlines you might have.
Step 2: consultation & concept
We'll respond with an artistic suggestion, an estimated value, and a production timeline. If needed, we can provide visual references or a detailed concept description to ensure we're aligned.
Step 3: deposit payment
To secure your commission and begin the creative process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This confirms your place in our production schedule. Please note, work commences only after the deposit is received.
Step 4 & 5: creation & approval
You'll be presented with the finished artwork for your approval. Once you're delighted with the piece, the remaining 50% balance is due.
Step 6: delivery
Your unique artwork can be collected locally in Sydney, or shipped to you with an additional cost for delivery. Small adjustments are permitted during the final approval stage, however, significant changes may incur additional charges. Estimated production time is typically 2-4 weeks.
